We have no control over the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Transactions made through any linked third-party store or payment platform are solely between you and that platform. We are not a party to those transactions and accept no liability in connection with them.

7. Mobile Application

We offer the Visit Ashtabula County App for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the app is subject to these Terms as well as the terms of service of the platform through which you download it (Apple or Google). The app is built on the VisitWidget platform; certain app features may also be subject to VisitWidget’s terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Geneva on the Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service or its content.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geneva on the Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service or any content or services obtained through it.
