Live acoustic evening with Matthew Brown
Event Category: Live Music
Sam Wintergerber
He is a singer, songwriter, and guitar player based in the Western Pennsylvania/Eastern Ohio region.
His musical roots are grounded in classic rock, folk, blues, and punk, drawing influence from artists such as Robert Johnson, Taj Mahal, The Black Keys, Justin Townes Earle, Bon Iver, and Lenny Kravitz.
Most of his recordings are created at home or in a larger-scale home studio owned by a relative.
“It’s just for the joy of playing,” he says. Winterberger is also a huge fan of Bob Dylan and was raised on classic rock, while performing a wide variety of material—from Lead Belly, Eric Clapton, and Muddy Waters to Isaac Hayes, Billy Joel, and Pink Floyd.
“A huge part of what he plays is ‘60s and ‘70s pop,” he says. “The goal is to make it accessible and fun.”

Alex Bevan
If the name Alex Bevan means anything to you.. it probably begins with the song “Skinny”… the 1976 Summer Anthem that filled the airwaves of radio station WMMS and brought the Cleveland folksinger’s career into sharp focus “back in the day”.
Perhaps too, it might conjure the melody of “The Grand River Lullaby”, Hearkening back to lost years of innocence and first love in a simpler and more romantic time… a time when the Woodstock Generation found it’s rhythmn in the album oriented rock infused soundtracks that still echo in the rivulets and streams of Spotify and Itunes music delivery systems.
Alex Bevan has been picking up his guitar and going to perform for audiences for over forty-six years… singing primarily songs of his own crafting and supported mostly by his deft guitar picking and agile improvisational wit…. In short… he is a troubadour of the journeyman class who brings a fresh perspective and unabashed enthusiasm for storytelling to each and every member of the audience he interacts with.

Theatre of Crue! The ultimate Motley Crue Tribute
The Ultimate Mötley Crüe Tribute
Leather. Loud guitars. Pure Sunset Strip chaos.
Theatre of Crue brings the full Mötley Crüe experience to Thunder on the Strip with all the hits that defined 80s rock:
Thousands of bikes.
A packed Goblin Amphitheater at Yankies.
And the music that made rock dangerous again.
Where the bikes roar and the rock never stops.
